Campbell Mattinson, Winefront, August 2019. 90 POINTS “Coffeed oak, ripe fruit, lots of berries, pretty good. Coffee and earth flavours, mixed with black cherry-plum, work well here. Tannin has a bit of spread to it too, pulling the flavours along with it. It’s very Hunter, despite the splash of oak. The finish is almost drying, almost gamey. Medium-term it should perform well.”
